By filling in the Booking forms with their Data, the User authorizes this Website to use these details to reply to booking requests or requests for information, quotes or any other kind of request as indicated by the form’s header. No storage occurs of the Personal Data that User provides, via our contact form, to the Website’s database or to a Newsletter Mailing List. We just receive an incoming email from you at our email address.

If, at the time filling our contact form, a User chose to consent to receive future offers from us, then at times he will receive relative personalized emails.

The User can undo this action whenever he likes by sending us a relative email to our contact email address.

Pre-Check In Information of the User

By filling in the Pre-Check In form with their Data, the User authorizes this Website to use these details to arrange the details for the Check In. No storage occurs of the Personal Data that User provides, via our Pre-Check In form, to the Website’s database or to a Newsletter Mailing List. We just receive an incoming email from you at our email address. It is our obligation by the law to keep these data for each person that is hosted in our rooms. These data are transfered and stored to the Accommodation File and Event Book.The file is kept for public health protection reasons.

The user cannot change his consent. The data are kept until the end of the tourist season for public health protection reasons.
